BIG ANNOUNCEMENT

Bet you thought I wouldn’t make you open up a blog post to find out what exciting news is happening in our life! WELLLLLL we bought a HOUSE that we aren’t moving into! LOL

OKKKK but seriously! We have a passion for rental property and with the beautiful area of Southern Illinois it has always been my dream of mine to have an Airbnb. So we purchased a lake house to turn into the Caffeine until Cocktails Lake House! We are so excited about this next adventure. It is something we are both very passionate about and why not brand it with my blog? Because well what do you do at the lake???? The house sleeps eight people with three bedrooms including a bunk room, basement, boat dock and option to rent a boat! There is plenty of parking, full kitchen, washer/dryer and more!

If you are dying to visit the Southern Illinois area or even a local it will be available for rent in the upcoming weeks! We are so excited about this adventure and can’t wait to share the details and projects with you all. We have so many cool things happening at the house and it has been so hard to keep a secret!
